I have trouble with db locks. The worker stops to work and there is no response from the application. This is now the second time that this happens. Any Ideas what's wrong here?

I have set a background Image in my user settings. I can see this background image as long as I'm logged in with my user (on my personal page and everywhere in the application). Visitors see the default background (nothing) or whatever they have set as background. Is this how the profile settings are meant to work or is this a bug?
My expectation was that I can set a Backgroundimage to configure the appearance of my profile page for visitors.
